Hi! My name is Monica. I am a bilingual Independent Facilitator (English/Spanish) supporting families across Los Angeles and the Inland Empire with the Self-Determination Program (SDP). I guide families from the very beginning, including the Person-Centered Plan, all the way through building the budget, completing the spending plan, finding vendors and employees, and accessing services after transition. My goal is to make the process as smooth as possible while ensuring services reflect your goals and values.
