Vocational Training. We offer support for individuals to actively participate in the community through the encouragement of daily choices. We offer multiple levels of structure, tailored activities to fit the individual needs all based around community involvement. Our program also supports individuals through building life skills social connections & job development most of all supporting them with the skills they need to succeed. Adult Day Programs-In order to promote happiness and self-expression, we offer Arts and Crafts, Music, Exercise, Theater workshops all while in a safe natural, and healthy environment. Supported Employment- Express Workforce can provide training on soft skills such as work ethics, punctuality, interviewing, interacting with co-workers, job coaching, and Job Placement. Alternative Services alternate services which include dropping off activity supplies, driving- by to wave hello on special occasions, exploring community resources, and preparing for your return. We also host electronic services via Zoom for a full day and are loaded with fun. Person-Centered Planning - tailored plans based on the needs and preferences of the individual. Development of goals, identifying barriers, and providing access and opportunities.
