We are an all-volunteer organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of those affected by autism spectrum disorders. Come With Me to Camp! Family Style Camp for a day of fun together Camp Arroyo Grande, 250 Wesley, Arroyo Grande Parents and/or Caregivers will attend Camp with their children this year and rotate between four stations of summer camp fun where families will remain in family pods to enjoy the exciting activities available. Sign-up for the bounce house, slide, and pool will allow all campers to experience a fun-filled day while remaining socially distanced. Participants can enjoy the camp's several venues such as: Hiking Art Science Yoga Swimming Pool Slide Bounce House Sensory Play First Responder Training Our First Responder Training is provided free to Fire Fighters, Peace Officers, EMT’s, Emergency Room personnel, and other First Responder community partners. We come to your organization and provide the knowledge and training to help your staff provide excellent, safe, and appropriate service to individuals on the autism spectrum. Training in Autism Spectrum Concerns To help your organization better serve your clients, members, students, or employees with autism, a trained speaker from CCASC will come to your organization for a 90-minute training customized for your needs. Whether you need introductory information or more advanced knowledge, your speaker will talk with you ahead of time to develop the training you need, such as fostering better communication, understanding sensory needs, community services, types of therapy approaches, assessment and diagnosis, transition planning to adulthood, and supporting independence in adulthood. The fee is $250 for this customized 90-minute program at your location. Public Relations Any Public Relations request for a representative of CCASC to come to your organization to provide information on our programs, services, and donor opportunities is complimentary.
