We are a full-service Bill Payer Service for California's Self Determination Program, Model 315. SDP Participants request services from vendors of their choice. We onboard and vet your vendors to provide payment for their services under the Participant's approved SDRC Spending Plan. We serve only San Diego Regional Center Participants at this time.
