IGNITE Collective, Inc. was founded in 2013 to provide individualized supports to teens and adults with developmental disabilities in their communities. Since our inception we have grown to a family of passionate professionals who support people in Los Angeles, Ventura, and Mono Counties in California. We are proud to provide individualized supports that help people live the lives they want to live, and to collaborate with families and colleagues around the globe. In addition to helping people achieve their goals, we engage in qualitative research, conference presentations, curriculum development, in-person workshops, consultation, and advisory roles. We believe everyone has the right to a high quality of life. We strive to grow and support autonomy, fulfillment, and meaningful community engagement for all. We support people through positivity and collaboration: offering services for Self Determination, Person Centered Planning,Tailored day Services, ILS, Outdoor adventures, Communication Supports, Relationships and Sexuality, Art therapy, Educational consulting, Independent Facilitation
