A Step Above Specialized Learning Services

Education services by a credentialed special education teacher (10 years experience) with a Master's of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. Education services include in-person and virtual tutoring to address (1) academic needs in the area of reading (pre-literacy skills, phonics, reading comprehension), writing (letter formation, grammar, sentence structure, paragraph writing, use of assistive technology to support writing) and math (2) functional communication (3) behavior. I provide parent training as it relates to behaviors interfering with learning and everyday life at home, functional communication, and understanding of the IEP process and the IEP document itself. I provide IEP support (IEP review) and in-person/virtual advocacy support to families.
