Understanding Needed Integration, LLC.

Understanding Needed Integration offers 1:1 Individualized supports such as Employment Services, Individual Support, Independent Facilitation and Person-Centered Planning. We help adult with intellectual/developmental disabilities integrate into their communities of choice through employment. We help find job to help individuals become independent. We are also Person-Centered Planners. Our PCP's are developed specifically for the individual that are participants of the Self-Determination Program. Individuals that are participants of the SDP program could receive help to find services of their choice from our Independent Facilitators. Our goal is always to find and provide the BEST services possible.
