Care3 combines culturally relevant content, award-winning technology, and innovative coaching to help IHSS families manage the complexities of life for neurodiverse children. Each Care3 Member receives a Health Information Coach and Personalized Action Plan. The award-winning Care3 mobile app then tracks completion of tasks, symptom updates, medication adherence, or other items in the PAP. Coaches then work with families to use the data to make better care decisions and share with doctors and therapists. Care3 was built by a father with two children with autism to help manage daily needs using technology. Care3 also provides Technology Services (Category 336) for Self-Determination Program participants.
