Villa de Vida

Villa de Vida is a new housing community in the San Diego area. We serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Located in the City of Poway, we will serve those living at Villa de Vida Poway as well as the wider communities of Poway and San Diego County. Our goal is to enable adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible. To address the needs of our community, high quality resident support and affordable housing are crucial to promoting residents’ well–being and self-sufficiency at Villa de Vida. Villa de Vida Poway (VDVP) and Mercy Housing California (MHC) recognize that persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities need coordinated person-centered support to optimize independence and improve their quality of life.
