My name is Debra Lobel. I have been an Independent Facilitator serving Northern California since May 2021. I have a developmentally delayed son and an autistic daughter. They have provided me with opportunities to advocate for people with disabilities. I believe that self-determination is the key to getting people with disabilities the services needed to lead the lives they want through tailored services and support.
