Independent facilitator and Certified Life Coach located in Sacramento Ca, with a true passion for helping others. In my 20 year career I have worked in Early Childhood Education in teacher and director roles, to social work/case management for the past 10 years supporting youth, adults and seniors. I have a background in mental health as a mental health specialist and have supported adults with disabilities as a former service coordinator in the supported living unit for ACRC Regional center. Working with diverse communities throughout Northern California including San Jose, San Mateo and Sacramento County, I pride myself in the ability to connect to a widely diverse community. Understanding the importance of active listening when creating a person centered plan that supports clients needs. The aim is to provide full attention as we work together to build a clear and concise spending plan that allows us to outline all of the supports and services needed, helping you smoothly helping you smoothly transition into the SDP program.
