Andrea Bonner

Andrea is an Independent Facilitator with NeuroNav.org, serving all 21 regional centers. 

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina with a major in Sociology and a minor in Nonprofit Administration. After college Andrea studied abroad in Japan and Sicily to pursue a master's program at the University of Iowa in youth and leisure service. Once completing the program Andrea worked in the customer service and hospitality field work at Westin and Golds Gym. Prior to working at NeuroNav  Andrea provided Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy for children and youth, along with working as a preschool teacher.  Andrea is currently pursuing her Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis and plans to continue to work on her knowledge in the neurodiversity space.  Andrea's heart and passion lay in serving vulnerable populations and individuals with developmental disabilities. Andrea believes everyone has the potential to tap into their best self and true potential with the right support and empowerment to do so.  Andrea has had the opportunity to work and volunteer at a nonprofit organization and Childcare facilities & private agencies that advocate for improving and protecting the lives of children and teens with intellectual and developmental disabilities  Safe Kids, Boys & Girl Club & the YMCA In Andrea's leisure time, she enjoys playing video games, salsa dancing, exercising, exploring local restaurants, listening to podcasts, traveling, attending festivals, and, hiking with friends and family.
