Krystine Roldan

Krystine is an Independent Facilitator at NeuroNav.org, serving all 21 regional centers.

Krystine brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals through complex systems with compassion, creativity, and persistence. Her background includes work as a regional program supervisor for homeless services, case management, substance abuse counseling in a women’s prison facility, and serving as an independent facilitator. As her brother’s legal guardian, she has seen firsthand how life-changing the Self-Determination Program can be—for him and for her—and is passionate about helping others access similar opportunities. Guided by a deep belief in dignity, equity, and inclusion, Krystine listens closely, builds trust, and helps people navigate challenges with a solutions-focused approach. Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking, hiking, gardening, spending time with animals, and exploring local spots.
