Carin Hewitt

My name is Carin Hewitt and I am the founder of alift llc. I have over 30 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve goals related to employment, living and community. My business is based in Sonoma County California, and we provide coaching and consultation services to both nonprofit organizations and individuals. In 2020, we began providing person centered facilitation services to individuals transitioning to the Self Determination Program. Since that time, we have supported numerous people through the development of a comprehensive plan. I also recently completed certification as an Independent Facilitator.
