Ailina Carona

Ailina Carona is an Independent Facilitator with Bright Path Independent Facilitators, a family-owned business dedicated to supporting individuals and families through the Self-Determination Program. As a special needs mom to a 12-year-old daughter with autism and medical needs, Ailina brings both personal experience and deep compassion to her work. For over 10 years, she has been a strong advocate for the disability community in Tennessee & California. In Tennessee, she also ran for State House Representative to champion better services and resources for individuals with special needs. Her passion lies in listening to families, learning about each client’s unique story, and helping them pursue their hopes and dreams for the future. Now based in California, Ailina is excited to be part of the special education community and to continue her lifelong mission of empowering families, strengthening supports, and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
