Paul Frederick Mansell
My name is Paul Mansell, and I am the sole proprietor of PFM Solutions. I have retired from working 21 years at the San Diego Regional Center as its Client Information Specialist. While there, I supported Self-Advocacy in the community. I am an officer of San Diego People First and the Statewide Self Advocacy Network, and a recipient of local and statewide Self-Advocacy Network. I have been enrolled in Self-Determination for four years, and it has really changed my life. It has given me freedom and control over my life. I want others to share in my experience of Self-Determination. I have completed the Guidelight's training on becoming an Independent facilitator. I plan to serve individuals and their family's implement their spending plans once they have become enrolled.
