I am an Independent Facilitator and Person-Centered Planner with Exceptional Intentions. I hold over 15 of dedicated experience in working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I’m an Independent Facilitator committed to guiding individuals and families through California’s Self-Determination Program with clarity, confidence, and compassion. With degrees in Psychology and a Master’s in Education, I’m also a Certified Autism Specialist with a background in special education, behavior analysis, case management, family support, and advocacy. I specialize in strength-based, individualized planning that empowers people to lead self-directed, meaningful lives. My approach is grounded in building positive relationships and using a flexible, person-centered process. I integrate educational, behavioral, and social systems knowledge to create tailored, evidence-based plans aligned with each person’s unique goals and values.
