Jennifer Damian
Jennifer is a neurodivergent educator, advocate, public speaker, and writer who focuses on special education and autism awareness. She is a certified Independent Facilitator for Self Determination Plans in California and assists families throughout the entire state in creating their Person Centered Plan (PCP). Her strengths include putting complex words into accessible language and assisting Regional Center consumers in maintaining or making necessary changes in their plans in order to access their hopes, dreams, and lives in the home and community. Jennifer is the mother of an adult son with ASD who is a university student and video game designer/artist. She has over 30 years of working in the special needs and disabilities communities in the US and internationally as an educator, mentor, coach, and advocate.
