LaNair Slaughter

LaNair has been supporting individuals of the disabled community for over 20 years. She is a strong advocate of self directed services and passionate about closing the disparity gap. As the close relative of individuals with varying disabilities, LaNair recognizes the power of personal choice, self navigation and establishing a voice. She believes all people have a destiny and no person should have the power to limit one's destiny. With the PCP experience she has gained over the years it is her endeavor to continue to support individuals that have lived without a dream, without a choice, without a voice. Her purpose is to ensure all people are given the opportunity to build their life without limits through discovery of unmet needs, fair and equal access to services and advocacy.
