Debora has been helping individuals and families navigate the special needs/neurodivergent world as a parent in the trenches for 25 years. She is also the founder and executive director of Autism Resource Mom, a nonprofit organization that provides support, guidance and hope to autistic individuals and their families. As a certified Independent Facilitator (IF), Debora brings knowledge, experience, compassion and a mother’s understanding to your issues. Currently accepting new clients, with a focus on teens and young adults in Orange County. Debora spent more than two decades as a communications professional in corporate America before she merged that expertise with the experience she gained raising an autistic son. Passionate about helping individuals with challenging behaviors, she has studied and received Tier 1 Training in the Collaborative Problem Solving Approach—and she's started the process of becoming a “Certified THINK:KIDS Mentor.” As the mother of an autistic young adult,
