Erin McKenna, PhD, is an experienced Independent Facilitator vendored with Alta to provide transition services to the Self-Determination Program as well as ongoing IF services for children and adults. She has personal experience raising a child with IDD, navigating Alta Regional Center, including SDP, and the myriad of local resources and vendors available in the Davis/Woodland area.
