Lori Ross

I am very excited to launch my new career serving as an Independent Facilitator. I am known for my compassion, spirit and creativity. I love getting to know people, all different kinds of people! I have been blessed to have so many mentors and people who have believed in me and I want to empower others in the same way. Throughout my career I have gained extensive experience with children in the fields of teaching, childcare, youth camps and teen leadership. I worked with dozens of individuals with special needs including those in the foster care system. More recently I have worked as a Community Engagement Director where I built relationships, advocated for children and families in need and connected people to resources and to each other. I am a natural leader and have honed my skills allowing me to effectively motivate people, strengthen relationships and resolve conflicts diplomatically. By far, my greatest achievement had been raising my 2 sons. My eldest son is an Alta Regional
