Oscar Mendoza

Oscar is an Independent Facilitator at NeuroNav.org, serving all 21 regional centers. 

Oscar has dedicated his career to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Before joining NeuroNav, he worked at a regional center, where he developed a deep understanding of the system and saw how many clients had goals that extended beyond its structure. That experience fuels his passion for putting each client’s vision first and helping them discover the possibilities of self-determination. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from San Diego State University. Outside of work, Oscar enjoys traveling, exploring art and history, and visiting museums and films that connect him to the past.
