Hadassah Lynn Foster

Hadassah Lynn Foster is a non-attorney, lay advocate assisting families and individuals with regional centers and school districts. Following a successful career as a federally-licensed customsbroker (representing importers and exporters to many federal and state agencies as well as being licensed to represent clients in the U.S. Court of International Trade), she returned to school to complete a bachelor’s degree economics and international relations – unaware that as a disabled student, she was beginning her career as an educational advocate and independent facilitator. As an educational advocate, Ms. Foster has assisted regional center consumers at IPP meetings as well as representing them at fair hearings for more than 10 years. At the request of multiple clients, she became a certified independent facilitator. While she is happy to work with consumers of all ages, she has particular expertise in working with clients who need simultaneous assistance with regional center and school
