We have over 15 years of experience working with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I am a Certified Person-Centered Plan Facilitator, Certified in the Planning Live Principles and Approaches, Certified Independent Facilitator, and Person-Centered Thinking Trainor. We avidly promote individualized planning that identifies the wants and needs of the person as defined by them because they are their subject matter experts. We are skilled generalists with strong personal qualities and a values system that recognizes the participant’s inherent worth, uniqueness, and right to live the life they choose. We can assist in identifying immediate and long-term needs and develop options to meet those needs. By leading, participating, or advocating on behalf of the participant in the person-centered planning process and development of the IPP, we can assist in obtaining identified services and supports.
