Cynthia Perea

Cynthia is an Independent Facilitator at NeuroNav.org, serving all 21 regional centers. 

With over seven years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, primarily working with children with autism, Cynthia is deeply committed to supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families. Her work providing direct therapy and guiding families through complex systems sparked a strong passion for equity and advocacy. Cynthia holds a Master of Arts in Special Education – Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, exploring national parks—especially the red rocks of Sedona—and spending time with her clever spaniel, Luka (always followed by a sweet treat).
