Cyndi Dozal

Cyndi began her journey in special needs parent consulting and coaching in 2013 when her first child began showing developmental delays at 12 months, entered into the Regional Center early intervention program, and she began navigating services needed for her child between medical insurance, Regional Center and the special education system. When her second child followed the same path, Cyndi gained additional experience finding appropriate care for multiple children at different stages of development and special needs, while balancing a full-time career in business analytics and operations. Leveraging her professional experience in business planning, project management and financial budgeting, Cyndi transferred those skills to planning, coordinating and financially managing the myriad of developmental therapies, disconnected providers, vague insurance requirements and complicated public services with multiple insurance carriers, regional centers and school districts.
