Yesenia Oseguera

Hi there! I’m Yesenia, and for the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with adults with disabilities in a variety of settings, from supportive college environments to regional centers. My journey in traditional services has given me deep insights into the unique needs of individuals within the regional center. I’ve seen firsthand how the right support can truly transform lives. I founded Z's Pathway to Independence to provide person-centered planning and independent facilitation services to clients across all 21 regional centers. My goal is to help each individual discover their strengths and navigate their path to a fulfilling, independent life. What excites me most about my work is the chance to build meaningful relationships and hear the stories of those I support. I believe in the power of collaboration and really listening to each person’s needs to create tailored solutions that make a difference.
