I have received Certified Training in Person-Centered Plan Facilitation, Certified in Planning Live Principles and Approaches, Certified Independent Facilitator, and Person-Centered Thinking practices. I avidly promote individualized planning that identifies the wants and needs of the person as defined by them because they are the content experts. I consider myself a skilled generalist with strong personal qualities and a values system that recognizes the participant’s inherent worth, uniqueness, and right to live the life they choose. I can assist in identifying immediate and long-term needs and assist in developing options to meet those needs. Through the discovery skills and tools, I aim to ensure that the individual discovers that what they view as important to and for them is laid out in their plan and that the supports are identified to provide for the life they aspire to have. We provide planning services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and support for their families served by regional centers. We avidly promote and advocate for individualized planning that identifies the wants and needs of the person as defined by them. We assist these individuals in planning for their best future.</p>
