- Description: <p>QHC Housing Services Program is designed to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families, with accessing mainstream housing opportunities and help with ongoing supports in maintaining independent living in a safe, decent, and affordable housing unit.   The program addresses the barriers creating housing instability and promotes independence. Direct assistance includes help with housing search & placement activities, lease management & move-in assistance, and other supports, as needed. Additionally, the program facilitates accessing waiting lists of subsidized housing developments, participation in rental assistance & public benefit programs, and connection to support systems with partner agencies.</p>
