As a mother to a teenage girl who has myriad challenges & disabilities, I have created a toolbox of resources and support systems to help both me as a parent and my child to create a life filled with passion and purpose. I work with teens, young adults & adults with disabilities in identifying life goals, creating value systems and implementing all of the above to vision (and manifest) a fulfilling life. I offer 1:1 coaching, group sessions, workshops, an online course for families and can custom tailor a program / plan based on individual needs. I mostly work virtually, but also have an office for in person visits (Playa Vista) and can travel as needed (based on availability and location).</p>
