For your convenience, we travel in our signature red GYMGUYZ vans to your home, office, park, or setting of your choice at a time that works best for you. Each van is stocked with state-of-the-art fitness equipment enabling us to provide you with a workout customized to your body type, ability, and specific fitness goals. We then use our proprietary GYMGUYZ training methodologies to deliver creative fitness programs that keep you engaged, entertained, and intrigued. No two workouts are ever the same! Our 3 C’s will have you working out more often, more consistently, and more efficiently, getting you the best results in the shortest time. GYMGUYZ is not a gym and is not like any other fitness program. We welcome individuals of all levels regardless of experience, age, or ability. We have male and female trainers specializing in all fitness disciplines, including fitness instruction for special needs individuals (physical, developmental, behavioral/emotional, and sensory impaired). We have no membership fees. Best of all, your first visit is always free and includes a comprehensive health, body, fitness, and nutritional assessment that features a complimentary body scan. Each client is reassessed every 6-8 weeks to ensure that goals are met and exceeded. GYMGUYZ® brings the workout to you and teaches lifelong habits that keep you looking and feeling your best.</p>
