The Farm Fellows participate in every aspect of the enterprise which includes branding, marketing, farming, product development, sales, and packaging and shipping the products sold via our online store. ShemeshFarms is a dynamic environment and a vibrant place where all are treated with dignity and respect. Shemesh Farms aims to empower young adults by inspiring them to take on the responsibilities of building our social enterprise. Our employment opportunities include working as farmers, product developers, sales associates, computer techs and shipping clerks.</p>
