With a focus on compassion and respect, we offer a range of support options tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Trust us as your reliable partner in enhancing the quality of life for those. Independent Living Services (ILS) is a cornerstone of our support offerings. Through ILS, individuals can learn essential skills that will enable them to live more independently in their communities. This may include learning how to budget, cook healthy meals, or navigate public transportation. Our ILS groups, where one coach works with three individuals with similar goals, provide a supportive environment for individuals to work together toward achieving their objectives. Supported Living Services (SLS) is another vital aspect of our support services. SLS provides individuals with up to 24/7 support and care, ensuring that they have the assistance they need to thrive in their living arrangements. Our dedicated staff members work closely with individuals in SLS programs to help them build important life skills and access the necessary resources to live successfully in their communities. In addition to ILS and SLS services, we also offer Behavioral Health Services (BMS) and Mental Health Services (Access Mental Health) to individuals who may require additional support in these areas. We understand the importance of addressing mental health needs alongside developmental disabilities, and our team is equipped to provide comprehensive care and support to those who need it. Our ultimate goal is to empower the individuals we serve to achieve their dreams and goals while prioritizing their safety and rights as outlined in Title 17. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life and we are dedicated to providing the necessary tools and resources for individuals to thrive. By offering a range of support services tailored to individual needs, we aim to make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve and help them reach their full potential. Behavioral Health Services (BMS) Our Behavioral Health Services (BMS) are designed to address the unique behavioral challenges that individuals with developmental disabilities may face. Our team of qualified professionals works closely with each individual to create personalized behavior support plans that promote positive behavior and enhance quality of life. We believe in using a person-centered approach to address behavioral concerns, and we prioritize the individual’s preferences and goals in the development of these plans. Our BMS services include functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, and ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that the individual’s needs are being met. We understand that behavior is a form of communication, and our team is trained to identify underlying issues that may be contributing to challenging behaviors. By addressing these issues proactively, we can help individuals develop more effective coping strategies and achieve greater independence. Mental Health Services (Access Mental Health) In addition to our BMS services, we offer Mental Health Services through our Access Mental Health program. We recognize that individuals with developmental disabilities may be at a higher risk for mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Our team includes licensed mental health professionals who are experienced in working with this population and are committed to providing high-quality mental health care. Our Mental Health Services include individual therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management as needed. We understand the importance of promoting mental wellness and resilience among the individuals we serve, and we strive to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can express themselves openly and work toward healing and growth. Empowering Individuals to Achieve Their Dreams At our organization, we believe in the potential of every individual to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
