(Service Code 029) 4) The Whole Person Assessment (WPA) is a comprehensive clinical evaluation designed to provide the transitional team with evidence-based recommendations to facilitate a successful reintegration from the individual's current placement into the community. (Service Code 056) 5) Community Care Licensed (CCL) approved Behavior Intervention Trainings are designed to equip parents, residential staff, and regional center professionals with evidence-based strategies for managing challenging behaviors while maintaining a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
