- Description: <p>The RISE program at Quinn's Gym provides a safe place for children and adults to learn movement skills and improve their strength and fitness through classes and personal training sessions. We work with the neurodivergent and neurotypical communities from ages 7-94. Our team of caring, educated and experienced trainers help our clients learn self advocacy through co-created classes and workouts that meet their needs and acheive thier goals, We can help anyone get stronger, more fit, and become a better mover. We accomplish this with humor, science, and the commitment to practice mindful presence to everyone we serve. Our evidenced based protocols, along with our deep desire to be of service to our commuinity, insures that our athletes are genuinely welcomed, each and every time they step in our doors. We offer a haven to many who are looking for a gym home they can feel not merely accepted, but celebrated for who they are.</p>
