Evidence-based life coaching draws on empirical evidence of strategies that work to enhance goal setting; goal striving; goal attainment; self-awareness; self-regulation; resilience; well-being. CReW offers individual coaching or group classes. CReW classes provide group-based experiencial learning. That means our group members learn by doing. Every CReW group is lead by a Neurodiversity Family Coach. Members of the group partner with each other and with the coach, who introduces information and practice based on the needs of the group.</p>
