I am certified as an Independent Facilitator and Peron centered Planner in the SF Bay Area area. I am a parent of an adult child served by the RC system. I have been using only SDP model for past several years in MA (prior to relocating to Ca) where we used only SDP model for service planning with focus on developing services and budget after identifying the needs of the individual through person centered planning process. I received my formal certifications in IF & PCP recently in 2021. I am available for helping children and adult develop their Person-Centered Plan & assisting them through the entire process to enter Self-Determination in collaboration with their RC support coordinator.
